产前不同类型阴道炎孕妇脐带血PCT、IL-6水平及与宫内感染发生情况分析

摘要研究孕妇合并产前不同病型阴道炎患者脐带血降钙素原（PCT）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平与宫内感染关系。方法：将2018年1月－2019年12月本院行产前检查并分娩的122例孕妇纳为研究对象，发生宫内感染34例，检测研究对象脐带血血清PCT及IL-6水平、孕期阴道炎等情况，分析不同类型阴道炎与宫内感染关系。结果：宫内感染组及非感染组年龄、孕次、产次无差异（P＞0.05），分娩周期、孕期阴道炎发生率、孕期性行为、围产期阴道检查次数、产程存在差异，血清IL-6（48.16±11.35ng/L）及PCT（51.16±12.44 pg/ml）高于非感染组（16.36±2.53 ng/L、31.25±7.89 pg/ml）（均P＜0.05）；孕期阴道炎产妇脐带血清IL-6（38.34±10.37 ng/L）及PCT水平（43.33±12.04 pg/ml）均高于非阴道炎产妇（19.87±4.15 ng/L、30.02±7.11 pg/ml）（均P＜0.05）；而滴虫性阴道炎（TV）、阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）、细菌性阴道病（BV）不同类型者与宫内感染、IL-6及PCT水平间均无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：不同类型阴道炎均可能增加宫内感染发生风险，应重视并积极防治孕期阴道炎，降低宫内感染发生。
