来曲唑联合曲普瑞林治疗PCOS合并排卵障碍对临床妊娠率及血清SHBG、IGF-1水平的影响

摘要探讨来曲唑联合曲普瑞林治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）合并排卵障碍，对患者临床妊娠率及血清性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）、胰岛素样生长因子 1（IGF-1）水平的影响。方法：选取2019年1月—2021年3月本院收治的PCOS合并排卵障碍患者116例，随机数字表法分两组各58例，对照组采用来曲唑治疗，联合组接受来曲唑联合曲普瑞林治疗，对比两组诱发排卵日排卵效果、妊娠结局、性激素及SHBG、IGF-1水平。结果：治疗后联合组诱发排卵日子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数高于对照组，排卵率（96.6%）、妊娠率（37.9%）、卵巢囊肿（1.7%）、卵泡过度刺激综合征发生率（0）均低于对照组（72.4%、20.7%、13.8%、8.6%），E2水平均高于对照组，LH、FSH低于对照组，SHBG（159.46±65.74 mmol/L）高于对照组（139.54±62.46 mmol/L），IGF-1（270.78±41.39 μg/L）低于对照组（321.32±62.95 μg/L）（P<0.05）。结论：来曲唑联合曲普瑞林治疗有助于改善患者性激素、SHBG、IGF-1水平，提高临床妊娠率。
