Abstract To study the Preparation and structural characterization of co-crystal of Elagolix. Methods: The Elagolix- Pamoic acid co-crystal was successfully designed and synthesized by the solvent crystallization method, and the obtained structure was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD),thermal Gravimetric Analysis(TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and infrared spectroscopy (IR). And the stability was tested further. Results: After co-crystal screening tests and structural characterization, it was found that the purity of Elagolix-Pamo acid co-crystal could reach 99.3% and had good stability. Conclusion: Elagolix-Pamo acid co-crystal has good physical stability, which is possible to become a new effective solid form of drug.
