Brief Introduction to
Chinese Journal of Family Planning Press:

Chinese Journal of Family Planning Press is an institutional legal person approved by relevant state departments. The press edits and publishes two magazines, Chinese Journal of Family Planning and Journal of Reproductive Medicine, and both are included in China Core Statistical Source Journals of Science and Technology.

Chinese Journal of Family Planning was established and administrated by what was National Family Planning Commission on October 25th 1992. It is now administrated by National Health and Family Planning Commission, run by National Research Institute for Family Planning.
In order to improve the quality of administrative staff and specialized technical team, the magazine aims at faithfully implementing the Party’s basic line, publicizing the party and state’s policies concerning family planning, diffusing the knowledge about family planning, reporting the scientific research achievements in China, introducing the experience of primary-level technical services for family planning, creating a platform where the family planning scientists and technicians can conduct academic communications and experience exchange.
The magazine targets at scientific, technical and administrative staff who are engaged in family planning, reproductive health and reproductive health care. Besides, clinical medical staff and enterprise R&D personnel are also included.
 

Chinese Journal of Family Planning was established in September 1992, administrated by what was National Family Planning Commission. It is now administrated by National Health and Family Planning Commission, jointly run by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and National Research Institute for Family Planning.
The magazine aims at creating a forum on fundamental researches into reproductive physiology, assisted reproductive technology, fertility regulation, reproductive diseases, heredity. And it also aims at introducing latest findings in the field of reproductive medicine, as well as the popularization of new medical technology and methods.
The contents consist of expert forum, clinical studies, fundamental research, review articles, short treatises and case reports. The magazine targets at medical staff, family planners and scientists engaged in clinical reproductive medicine, family planning research, contraceptive development, genic eugenics and reproductive biology.
