Abstract Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is a high concentration of platelet plasma, which is used in many clinical disciplines. This paper aims to summarize and evaluate the role of PRP in the field of reproductive medicine, including the thin endometrium, the repeated implantation failure (RIF), the chronic endometritis, and the poor ovarian function, etc. It is expected to provide evidences for the clinical treatment of PRP in the field of reproduction and for the future scientific research.
