To investigate the effects of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil used for anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy of patients with uterine fibroids on their HR and MAP values, and plasma GLU level. Methods: 96 patients with uterine fibroids who wanted laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups (48 cases in each group) from January 2019 to January 2020. The patients in the control group were given propofol combined with remifentanil for anesthesia, and the patients in the study group were given sevoflurane combined with remifentanil for anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of the patients in the two groups was observed. Results: The anesthetic effect indexes of the patients in the study group were significant better than those of the patients in the control group. At T1, the oxygen saturation value (97.5±3.5%) of the patients in the study group was significant higher than that (94.3±2.9%) of the patients in the control group, but the heart rate (79.5±6.8 times /min), mean arterial pressure (11.3±1.9 kPa), and stress response indexes values of the patients in the study group were significant lower than those of the patients in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions (4.2%) of the patients in the study group was significant lower than that (20.8%) of the patients in the control group. The postoperative MMSE score (27.2±0.2 points) of the patients in the study group was significant higher than that (25.3±0.7 points) of the patients in the control group. The completion time of TMT (34.9±1.5s) of the patients in the study group was significant shorter than that (38.6±2.6s) of the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil used for anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy of patients with uterine fibroids has better effect, which can effectively maintain the vital signs stability of the patient, improve their hemodynamics, alleviate the stress reaction, improve the cognitive function, and improve the postoperative recover quickly with high safety. So it is worth of application in clinic.
