Abstract To explore the clinical effect of detailed nursing for painless induced abortion. Methods: 240 women who wanted painless induced abortion were collected and were divided in two groups (120 cases in each group) according to the random number table method from January to June 2019. The women in the control group were given routine care, and the women in the experimental group were given detailed care and routine care. The psychological conditions of the women in the two groups were assessed by self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS). The nursing situation of all the women in the whole perioperative period was assessed by nursing satisfaction. Results: There were no significant differences in surgical indexes of the women between the two groups (P＞0.05). Postoperative complications rate of the women in the experimental group were significant lower than those of the women in the control group (P＜0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores and depression scores of the women between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing intervention, the SAS score and the SDS score of the women in the experimental group were 46.52±1.87 and 48.76±1.79, which both were significant lower than those of the women in the control group (P＜0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the women in the experimental group was significant higher than that of the women in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of detailed nursing intervention for the women during painless induced abortion can reduce their anxiety and depression levels and improve nursing satisfaction, which will facilitate postoperative recovery, so it has promotional value.
