Abstract To analyze the status of cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV subtypes. Methods: Real-time PCR assay were used to screen the HPV infection status of 13200 women with different ages from Daxing district of Beijing from May 2017 to December 2019, and the distribution of HPV subtypes was analyzed. Results: A total of 2251 women with HPV positive were detected in 13200 women, which’s HPV infection rate was 17.1%. 3215 tests were conducted for each HPV subtype, there were 454 (14.12%) tests for detecting HPV low-risk subtypes, mainly HPV6, HPV11 and CP8304, and there were 2716 (85.88%) tests for detecting HPV high-risk subtypes, mainly HPV16, HPV58, HPV52 and HPV53. In the women with HPV infection, single HPV infection was predominant in the women with different age, the positive infection rate (27.1%) was mainly in the women with 21-30 years old, followed by the women with 31-40 years old (20.1%). The infection rate of HPV of the women with less than 21 years old was the highest (29.38%, 211/725). The women with HPV infection mainly had high-risk HPV subtype and single HPV infection, and the women with multiple HPV infection mainly had high-risk HPV subtype and double HPV infection. Conclusion: The positive rate of HPV infection of women from Daxing district of Beijing was 17.1%, which is main high-risk HPV subtype and single HPV infection. HPV16, HPV58, HPV52 and HPV53 are the main subtypes of infection. The women with multiple HPV infection mainly have high-risk HPV subtype and double HPV infection.
