Abstract To study of the effect of interventional uterine artery embolization and hysteroscopy surgical for treating patients with uterine scar pregnancy and their pregnancy again. Methods: 50 patients with uterine scar pregnancy were selected and divided into group A (n=20) and group B (n=30) by random number table method from January 2018 to January 2019. The patients in group A were given interventional uterine artery embolization, and the patients in group B were given hysteroscopy surgical. Clinical efficacy, sexual function score, serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) levels, clinical symptom improvement time, and re-pregnancy status of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in group A (95.0%) was significant higher than that (70.0%) of the patients in group B. The sexual function score of the patients in both groups had increased significantly, and which of the patients in group A (19.35+2.84) was significant higher than that (11.07+1.35) of the patients in group B. The clinical recovery time of the patients in group A was significant better than that of the patients in group B. After treatment, the FSH and E2 levels of the patients in both groups had increased significantly, and which of the patients in group A was significant higher than that of the patients in group B. The tubal patency rate (90.0%) of the patients in group A was significant higher than that (63.3%) of the patients in group B (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the normal pregnancy rate (35.0% VS. 20.0%) of the patients between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Interventional uterine artery embolization for treating patients with uterine scar pregnancy has better effectiveness, which can effectively improve their clinical indexes and their tubal patency rate.
