Abstract To explore the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound for evaluating uterine artery hemodynamics of ovarian endometriosis cyst of women. Methods: 43 women with ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected in this study from August 2016 to August 2018. The resistance index (RI), the pulsatility index (PI), and the ratio of arterial contraction and diastolic peak flow rate (S/D) of uterine artery of these women before and after operation were observed by Doppler ultrasound, and the changes of estradiol (E) and progesterone (P) hormone levels of these women were compared between before and after operation. The pregnancy results of these women were observed. Result: The levels of E and P of the women after treatment were significant higher than those of the women before operation, but the levels of RI, PI and S/D had decreased significantly after operation (all P<0.05). When RI<0.8 as the normal standard, the proportion of pregnancy (81.2%) of the women with RI returned to normal after operation was the highest (P<0.05). The specificity (91.9%), the accuracy (86.1%) and AUC value (0.926) of the blood flow index RI value of women for predicting postoperative pregnancy were significant higher than those of S/D value and PI value (P<0.05). Conclusion: Doppler ultrasound for evaluating ovarian women with endometriosis cyst during luteal phase can provide effective and reliable imaging data, and can correctly evaluate the changes of uterine arterial flow, which can provide certain evidences for postoperative pregnancy.
