Abstract To explore the curative effect of nimodipine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection for treating pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension and its influence on the expression of LIF and Apelin. Methods: 120 pregnant women with hypertension were selected from Heping district maternity hospital of Tianjin from April 2016 to April 2017, and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table (60 cases in each group). The pregnant women in control group were treated by nimodipine for 14 days, and the pregnant women in study group were treated by nimodipine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection for 14 days. The therapeutic effects of pregnant women were compared between the two groups. The value of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure, and heart rate, level of 24h urinary protein, and levels of serum leukocyte inhibition factor (LIF) and adipokines Apelin of pregnant women in both groups were also compared before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of pregnant women during pregnancy and the maternal and neonatal outcomes in the two groups were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of study group (90.0%) was significant higher than that(75.0%) of the control group (P<0.05).The value of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure of pregnant women in study group were significant lower than those of pregnant women in control group (P<0.05),and the heart rate, 24h urinary protein level, and level of Apelin of pregnant women in study group were also significant lower than those of pregnant women in control group (P<0.05),but the LIF level of pregnant women in study group were significant higher than that of pregnant women in control group (P<0.05) .There was no significant different in the incidence of adverse reactions of pregnant women between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Nimodipine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection for treating pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension can effectively control blood pressure, can reduce 24-hour urine protein level, and can regulate the level of LIF and Apelin, which is safe and reliable.
