Abstract Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound monitoring parameters integration for endometrial receptivity assessment. Methods: A total of 261 women who underwent artificial insemination by husband for assisted reproductive treatment cycles in ultrasonography of Henan Provincial Research Institute for Population and Family Planning were recruited. And the endometrial thickness and sonographic appearance of the endometria were detected, and ultrasound monitoring parameters integration were underwent by related indicators of econometric monitoring. The relationship between ultrasound monitoring parameters ratings and pregnancy outcome were evaluated. Results: Significant differences in the parameter rating of endometrial thickness, endometrial type were found between pregnant group and non-pregnant group (P<0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate of women with 10-12 scores (68.56%) was higher than those with scores of not more than 9 (37.23%), showing a significant difference (χ2=26.631, P<0.05). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound monitoring parameters integration can be used to assess endometrial receptivity in assisted reproductive technology.
