Abstract Objective: To explore the anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in oviduct ligation. Methods: Two hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups. Women in group A (n=100) was treated with 1% lidocaine local anesthesia injections, and those in group B (n=100) was treated with 5 mg of dezocine combined with 2 mg/kg of propofol besides 1% lidocaine local anesthesia injection. Systolic pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure(DBP), oxygen saturation (SPO2), heart rate (HR),electrocardiograms and the duration of operation as well as the number of pulling fallopian tube at different points in time were evaluated. Results: Compared with group A, SBP, DBP, SPO2, HR at different points in time showed more stable in Group B (P<0.05), and shorter operation time and fewer pulling were found in Group B (P<0.01). Conclusion: The use of dezocine combined with propofol in oviduct ligation is safe and efficient, and can be applied in clinical practice.
