Abstract To discuss the effects of focused solution model for treating pregnant women with treatment of hospitalized bedridden fetal preservation on their negative emotion and pregnancy outcomes. Methods: 60 pregnant women who needed to stay in bed and protect their babies were selected and were divided into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each group) according to the time of admission in hosptal from August 2018 to October 2019. The women in the control group were given intervention measures of usual nursing, and the women in the observation group were given focused solution mode to intervene. The situation of anxiety or depression, and the delivery outcomes of the women in the two groups were analyzed. Results: After intervention, the scores of anxiety (35.17±3.04 points) and depression (21.88±1.32 points) of the women in the observation group were significantly lower than those (45.22±3.84 points and 33.44±2.45 points) of the women in the control group. The duration of pregnancy (33.2±1.5 weeks) of the women in the observation group was significantly longer than that (31.5±1.4 weeks) of the women in the control group. The neonatal body weight (2400.8±113.6g) of the women in the observation group was significantly higher than that (1530.5±95.8g) of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in neonatal 1-min Apgar score (9.2±0.3 vs.9.3±0.2) between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The focused solution model can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of the pregnant women with hospitalized bedridden fetal protection, prolong their gestational weeks at delivery, increase their birth weight of newborns, and improve their pregnancy outcomes.
