Abstract With the improvements of people's living standard and the attention to health information, women's diseases have been widely paid attention to. Women usually check the existence of various kinds of diseases through regular health examination. Endometrium cancer is one of high incidence tumor diseases in women in China, and the thickness of endometrium of the women is closely related to the occurrence of their endometrium cancer during menopause. Therefore, effective diagnosis and prediction of endometrial thickening in the postmenopausal women is the key to judge whether the women have endometrial lesions or not. At present, the vaginal ultrasonography is the main diagnostic method for the endometrial lesions, and the examination of the endometrial thickness of the women is an important basis for early diagnosis and treatment of the endometrial diseases. This study aims to provide reference for gynecological diagnosis and treatment of the women by reviewing the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal endometrial thickening.
