Further explore the frontier hotspots of maternal VTE prevention and management. Results The number of articles published on the prevention and management of VTE in Chinese pregnant and lying-in women is on the rise. The risk factors, auxiliary examination, drug and physical control of VTE are the current research hotspots, the research focus group is the women after cesarean section. Conclusions The research on the prevention and management of maternal VTE in China is limited in depth and breadth.
