| Curative effect of Yunkang granule combined with ritodrine hydrochloride tablet for treating women with recurrent abortion and its influences on the levels of serum progesterone and soluble leukocyte antigen G |

Abstract To explore the curative effect of Yunkang granule combined with ritodrine hydrochloride tablet for treating women with recurrent abortion (RA) and its influences on the levels of serum progesterone and soluble leukocyte antigen G (sHLA-G) of these women. Methods: A prospective selection was performed on 78 women with confirmed RA between January 2019 and January 2021. According to simple random grouping method, these women were divided into observation group (n=39) and control group (n=39). The women in the control group were treated with ritodrine hydrochloride tablets for 2 weeks, while the women in the observation group were unkang granule combined with ritodrine hydrochloride tablet for 2 weeks. The clinical curative effect, the scores of TCM syndromes, the adverse reactions rate, and the rate of success fetus protection of the women were compared between the two groups. The levels of estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), and sHLA-G of the women in the two groups were detected. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate (94.9%) of the women in the observation group was significantly higher than that (79.5%) of the women in the control group. The scores of vaginal bleeding (1.23±0.45 points), the abdominal fall pain (1.08±0.14 points), and the back soreness (2.54±0.49 points) of TCM syndrome of the women in the observation group were significantly lower than those (1.98±0.48 points, 1.34±0.16 points, and 2.87±0.46 points) of the women in the control group (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of E2, P, and sHLA-G of the women in both groups had increased significantly, and which of the women in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the women in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions (10.3% vs. 7.7%) and the rate of success fetus protection (94.9% vs. 89.7%) of the women during treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Yunkang granule combined with ritodrine hydrochloride tablet for treating women with RA is good, which can reduce the levels of serum hormones and improve the clinical symptoms of these women.
