Abstract To explore the influence of psychological intervention under the guidance of positive psychology of women with induced obortion clue to fetal macformation on their coping style and emotional state. Methods: A total of 84 women with induced obortion clue to fetal macformation were selected by convenience sampling method and were divided into study group and control group (42 cases in each group) according to the random number table method from March 2021 to March 2022. The women in the two groups were given routine nursing care, and on this basis, the women in the study group were given psychological intervention under the guidance of positive psychology additionally. The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Medical Coping Style Questionnaire (MCMQ), and Post-traumatic Growth Scale (PTGI) of the women before and after the intervention, and the nursing satisfaction of the women were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the scores of SDS (40.65±3.78 points) and SAS (39.67±3.51 points) of the women in the study group were significantly lower than those (46.21±4.17 points and 45.91±4.24 points) of the women in the control group. The face dimension score of MCMQ scale (22.51±3.80 points) of the women in the study group was significantly higher than that (18.35±3.51 points) of the women in the control group. The yield score of MCMQ scale (8.48±1.85 points) and avoidance dimension score (12.15±1.82 points) of the women in the study group were significantly lower than those (11.07±2.04 points and 15.08±2.24 points) of the women in the control group. The total score of PTGI (92.39±8.14 points) and nursing satisfaction score (94.73±4.69 points) of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those (74.21±9.25 points and 81.26±5.85 points) of the women in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention under the guidance of positive psychology for women with induced obortion clue to fetal macformation can improve their coping style and emotional state, promote their post-traumatic growth, and increase their nursing satisfaction.
