Abstract Hydatidiform moles are premalignant lesions of malignant gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. Hydatidiform moles tend to develop into malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors. Cervical aggressive hydatidiform mole is rare disease and its clinical understanding is less, which is very easy to be complicated with profuse bleeding to life-threatening. In this paper, the clinical diagnosis, treatment, following up, and prognosis of one woman with aggressive hydatidiform mole in uterine neck after curettage was analyzed. And combination with relevant literature, it is suggested that invasive hydatidiform mole is complicated with progress quickly, so it is necessary to seek medical treatment in general hospital. Besides chemotherapy only or postoperative chemotherapy, with the progress of radiation technology, arterial intubation chemotherapy, embolization and other methods will play a vital role for treating gestational trophoblastic diseases.
