Abstract To analyze the changes of high risk factors of induced abortion and high risk factors of repeated induced abortion (RIA) in order to provide references and evidences for the management and countermeasures of high risk abortion and RIA. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of women who wanted voluntary induced abortion from February to April 2019 (group A) and from February to April 2020 (group B). The changes of the high-risk factors of induced abortion and RIA of the women were compared between the two groups. Results: The proportion (63.6%) of non-local registered women in group B was significant higher than that (29.2%) in group A (P<0.05). However, the proportions of unmarried women and the women with less than junior college education level in group B were 46.3% and 7.4%, which were significant lower than those (62.5% and 13.1%) in group A (P<0.05). The top 3 risk factors of induced abortion of the women in group A were repregnancy after cesarean, missed abortion, and suspected or confirmed ectopic pregnancy, and which of the women in group B were repregnancy after cesarean section, missed abortion, pregnancy complicated with medical and surgical diseases. The top risk factors of RIA (64.3%) were of the women in group A was unmarried or unstable sexual relationships, and which of the women in group B (56.9%) was unplanned use of long-acting reversible contraceptives after abortion. Conclusion: The high risk factors of abortion and RIA of women have obvious changes in different periods, so the management for these women should be corresponding adjusted.
