| The summary analysis of preoperative managment before uterine curettage of women with for missed abortion |

Abstract To explore the pretreatment method before evacuation of women with missed abortion, and to evaluated its clinical effect. Methods: The databases, such as Pubmed, Embase, the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), the Chinese Medical Current Content literature database (CMCC), Weipu Chinese science and technology journal database, Wanfang database, and China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), were searched. The casecontrol studies on pretreatment before evacuation of women with missed abortion were collected and included, and the relevant information and dates were extracted for summary analysis. Results: A total of 43 literatures were included. The effect of Mifepristone used only was better than that of estrogen used only. Misoprostol used only had good clinical effect，especially by rectum used. When compared to drug used only，combination drugs used had better effect. Mifepristone combined with misoprostol tablets used widely and had perfect efficacy. The western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine or mechanical expansion cervix uteri had also achieved some effectiveness. Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for pretreating cervix uteri before evacuation of women with missed abortion has used widely and has the highest effectiveness.
