Results: 1 month after abortion, the scores on somatization, obsessive compulsive symptoms, negative emotions (anxiety, depression, hostility, horror) and psychoticism of the SCL-90 of women in observation group were significant lower than those of women in control group (P<0.05), but the mastery situation of reproductive health knowledge and rate of implementation contraceptive of women in observation group were significantly higher than those of women in control group (P<0.05). In 6 months or 1 year after abortion, the repeated abortion rate of women in observation group was 1.0% and 2.3%, which significant lower than those (6.9%, 15.5%, respectively) of women in control group (P<0.05).
