Abstract With the prolongation of the overall survival of cancer patients, the fertility and reproductive security issues of the childbearing age male patient have been paid more attention. This article is about the influcence of the tumor or antitumor therapy on fertility of male patients, and further analysis should be conducted for finding the possible genetic risks.
