Results: The positive rate of urogenital system symptoms was 50.65%, which was related to the psychological stress, work and economic pressures and selfhealth awareness of the respondents (P<0.001). The incidence of prostatic hyperplasia was 18.28%, and the high economic pressure (OR=1.229,P<0.001) and the poor selfhealth awareness (OR=1.089,P<0.05) were its risk factors. The positive incidence of prostatitis was 14.59%, the excessive anxiety (OR=1.167,P<0.05), the high economic pressure (OR=1.103, P<0.05) and poor selfhealth awareness (OR=1.302, P<0.001) were risk factors of prostatitis.
