摘要精子质量是男性生育能力的关键性因素，精子的发生、成熟与信号通路传导异常密切相关。经典的PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路对细胞有重要的生物学作用，在细胞增殖、分化、能量代谢和凋亡等活动中起重要调控作用。近来研究表明，该通路的活化与精子发生、成熟有着密切的联系，与男性不育症的预后密切相关。本综述就PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路在精子发生、成熟等过程中的作用进行概述，为男性不育症分子机制研究提供新观点及新思路。
