摘要了解东城区适龄妇女对免费两癌筛查的认知情况，为制定政策部门提供相应的依据。方法：采取系统抽样的方法，由辖区街道妇幼工作系统发放自行设计的调查问卷，分析参加东城区两癌筛查的影响因素。结果: 多因素logistic回归分析显示，非单位组织的体检人员更愿意参加两癌筛查（OR=1.37，95%CI 1.15~1.63），是单位组织体检人员参加两癌筛查意愿的1.4倍，单位组织体检做液基细胞学检查（TCT）和人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检测者更不愿意参加免费两癌筛查（OR=0.41，95%CI 0.23~0.71）。结论：东城区要加大两癌筛查的宣传力度，提高人群知晓率,建议将单位体检等规范的两癌筛查纳入两癌筛查覆盖率的统计范围。
