不明原因复发性流产蜕膜组织中调节性T细胞亚群水平及预测价值

摘要探讨不明原因复发性流产（URSA）蜕膜组织中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Treg和CD8+CD25+Treg水平及预测价值。方法：收集2020年1月－2023年2月本院收治的妊娠丢失3次的URSA患者98例为URSA组，行人工流产的正常妊娠妇女56例为对照组，收集URSA组妊娠丢失2次蜕膜组织和对照组正常蜕膜组织，检测CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Treg和CD8+CD25+Treg水平，受试者工作特征曲线（ROC）分析其对URSA的预测价值。结果：URSA组蜕膜组织中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Treg（3.58±0.47）%和CD8+CD25+Treg（2.02±0.28）%均低于对照组（8.19±1.52、4.28±1.04）%（P＜0.05）。CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Treg和CD8+CD25+Treg诊断URSA的灵敏度分别为97.4%、98.3%，特异度分别为94.6%、89.2%，二者联合诊断灵敏度为96.9%，特异度为94.6%，准确度为96.1%。结论：URSA患者蜕膜组织中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Treg和CD8+CD25+Treg的细胞水平较低，可作为预测URSA的潜在指标。
