足月胎膜早破孕妇阴道微生态失衡及血清B7-H4、IL-6、IL-22水平分析

摘要探究胎膜早破孕妇阴道微生态失衡与血清B7-H4、白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-22（IL-22）水平变化。方法：回顾性收集本院2016年6月－2020年1月收治的足月胎膜早破患者96例为早破组，足月未破膜孕妇50例为对照组，分析胎膜早破与阴道微生态改变及血清B7-H4、IL-6、IL-22水平变化。结果：早破组阴道内乳酸杆菌（21.9%）、G+杆菌（13.5%）及G+球菌（32.3%）优势情况与对照组（54.0%、38.0%、6.0%）存在差异，早破组阴道微生物失衡占比（93.8%）高于对照组（60.0%），血清B7-H4（13.02±2.16 ng/ml）、IL-6（28.46±6.63 pg/ml）及IL-22（43.15±6.78 pg/ml）高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：胎膜早破孕妇阴道微生态失衡情况更严重，阴道优势菌也发生明显改变，血清B7-H4、IL-6、IL-22水平升高，可能与阴道微生态失衡、导致病原菌清除能力下降、炎症反应加强有关。
