子宫内膜癌L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin表达及相关性

摘要研究子宫内膜癌患者L1细胞黏附分子（L1CAM）、多梳基因Mel-18、生存素（Suivivin）表达及临床病理特征相关性。方法：选取2015年3月－2018年3月本院经病理证实为子宫内膜癌标本40例为子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜增生组织标本40例为子宫内膜增生组、正常子宫内膜组织标本40例为正常子宫内膜组；检测各组L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin表达，免疫组化染色检测阳性表达，分析三者间相关性。结果：与正常子宫内膜组相比，子宫内膜增生组和子宫内膜癌组L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin表达升高，而子宫内膜癌组表达最高且低分化子宫内膜癌患者L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin阳性表达高于中分化和高分化患者，有淋巴结转移患阳性表达高于无淋巴结转移患者（均P＜0.05）；L1CAM与Mel-18（r=0.359,P=0.022），L1CAM与Suivivin（r=0.376,P=0.017），Mel-18与Suivivin（r=0.572,P=0.001）均呈正相关。结论：L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin在子宫内膜癌患者中高表达，与患者病理分化程度、淋巴结转移有关，L1CAM、Mel-18、Suivivin具有相关性，可能参与了子宫内膜癌病情发展。
